Winter Menu

*Note*  while my menu reflects a very carnivorous diet, I am aware of the growing number of people choosing a plant based or animal product free way of life. I fully support this and want all of your guests to have a wonderful home cooked meal. If you are a group of vegetarians, please feel free to request a plant forward menu. If you are a group of carnivores with a few vegetarians, please know that I am more than happy to adapt anything you order to be vegetarian for those guests, that way they aren’t feeling like they have a completely different meal than everyone else. There are plenty of ways to swap out the animal protein in any of these meals for a plant option. Please reach out if you are seeking any clarification on this.
